Quantity Surveying supports the efficient planning and management of construction costs throughout the project lifecycle. Quantity Surveyors help clients, contractors, public institutions and development partners make informed financial and contractual decisions in construction and infrastructure projects.
CICCQSU promotes ethical and professional conduct among members. Members are expected to uphold the dignity of the profession, serve clients with competence and integrity, and act in the best interest of the public and the institution.
CICCQSU supports sound construction cost practice through guidance, knowledge exchange, dispute support, research, publications and stakeholder engagement.
The institution supports guidance and professional input in matters relating to construction costs and contracts, including disputes that require technical Quantity Surveying knowledge.
